Contra.·゚゚·BETA·..·゚
Contra is a typographic system proposal exploring shape and negative space.
It's a variable typeface built using multiple axes and ranges from condensed to extended width. Instead of a linear transition, the characters can be widened in a modular-like fashion, creating a flexible interplay between forms.
Contra is an ongoing exploratory project and will be updated with further versions and trial downloads in the future.

Current Version [0.1.0]
Notes
Consistency [currently a number of different approaches to character modulation are combined into a single font file. In the future these, and any further developments, may be split out into discrete stylistic options]
Spacing [correct spacing or contextual kerning cannot be achieved dynamically. This has been replaced by the spacing slider]
Character set [currently a reduced character set is implemented. This will be expanded]
Bugs [There are various rendering or performance glitches with the variable font format, different versions of Chrome sometimes clip characters at one edge]
